At 7:30 p.m. on 24 September 2021, the Business Administration Club meeting was held in an online format.
Attending the meeting were PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics; MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Head of the Strategic and E-Commerce Division and Club Advisor; along with lecturers, staff members, and 130 students and new students of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics.
The meeting began with musical performances. Although conducted via Zoom, the performances brought emotional and engaging moments, inspiring students to look forward to returning to campus under the new normal conditions of society. It has been a year full of challenges, with the COVID-19 pandemic posing significant obstacles for the University in general and for students in particular.
It is known that the Club organizes meetings 1 to 2 times per month. Coincidentally, the Organizing Committee selected 24 September, the 24th anniversary of the establishment of Lac Hong University, for this session. In a vibrant atmosphere, the meeting featured exciting mini-games and numerous prizes, attracting many students who wished to interact and become winners.

Speaking at the meeting, PhD Nguyen Van Tan – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration - International Economics – shared his pleasure, stating that despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, it is essential to maintain activities in line with the University’s orientation and training programmes by applying online formats for teaching, meetings, knowledge enhancement, and sustaining Faculty activities. After intense and tiring study hours, programmes and activities organized by clubs, which serve to supplement knowledge and provide collective entertainment, will help students develop further and create a dynamic and enthusiastic learning environment. In addition, maintaining regular club activities and related programmes at the right time and for the appropriate audience, promoting existing strengths, promptly identifying and adjusting limitations, and continuously planning activities are necessary for the Club’s further development.
MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Club Advisor – also shared that with the desire to bring both knowledge and spiritual value to students, the Club consistently plans programmes with engaging content ranging from academic to recreational activities, creating the best possible conditions and encouraging students to participate from their first year at the University. The Club’s objective is to create a diverse playground with various “colors” where students can freely contribute and shape their own unique and beautiful “picture,” while gaining lessons and experiences through participation.
The Club consists of five divisions with different functions and responsibilities that support one another toward a common goal, including the Academic Division, Human Resources Division, Event Division, Communications Division, and Arts Division. Division heads serve in advisory roles, proposing initiatives and programmes for the Club, connecting with students, and consolidating the divisions by recruiting students with diverse passions and strengths.

Many students raised questions to the Organizing Committee regarding how to join the Club, the benefits and values of participation, and whether there are any fees involved. All questions were addressed accordingly. Through the meeting, the Club received positive feedback and numerous registration forms from students wishing to become members.

The meeting concluded at 9:30 p.m. on the same day and promises further sessions and programmes in the future.
